Bhidayasiri and Tarsy, covering the full range of movement disorders in a case-based format with expertly narrated video from Dr. Tarsy, one of the leading experts in the field. There WERE problems with the first printing of the book in the summer of 2012, as the online video presentation was not optimal, but that website has been corrected and, moreover, the publisher (Springer / Humana Press) now includes a well-developed DVD in the back of the book, offering the more than 100 video segments in an easy to view format on all platforms.
