This is one of the better books that I have seen for studying for your exam. Very detailed and well written. The problem that I had was that there are no answers to the book reviews or exam. I contacted Mcgraw Hill to see if they could be obtained and was told they are no longer available. To me it is useless to not be able to check your answers for accuracy. This was a gift for me to study for my CPC exam. I feel it is a waste of money if you cannot find out if you are choosing the correct answers.

Even a most seasoned operator will find this book to be a great reveiw for thoses subtle details that we forget about when our plants are operating well and I highly recommend it for anyone just getting into the wastewater field or anyone interested in how the biological section of wastewater plants work.
