The aim of the book is nevertheless not to provide a mere reconstruction of Pauli's work, rather, it presents the current state of research with reference to ideas that Pauli formulated more than sixty years ago and that, in many ways, proved to be very insightful and, one could say, very ahead of his time.

Fascinating is the broadness of the themes touched: not only physics but also philosophy (body-mind "problem"), biology (epigenetics), psychology (creativity and insight), time, the interpretation of quantum physics and more.
