This is one of the better books that I have seen for studying for your exam. Very detailed and well written. The problem that I had was that there are no answers to the book reviews or exam. I contacted Mcgraw Hill to see if they could be obtained and was told they are no longer available. To me it is useless to not be able to check your answers for accuracy.
