Harrison's Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Review
Very comprehensive....from the pathophysiology to the diagnosis and treatment of the most common to the most complex of pulmonary scenarios! Found the "Imaging Atlas" extremely helpful as review for interpretation of CXR and CT of chest. Very easy to read..sections broken down into individual "indexed" components. Will need a companion pocket guide though, too big to carry along outside of clinic. Excellent resource for Board review..particularly helpful is the "self-assessment post-test", the answer key also serves as a comprehensive review of the material! Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Harrison's Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine" are high quality item. You can read each testimony from consumers to find out cons and pros from Harrison's Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine ...
